  • Which Microsoft 365 programs and versions does the Productivity Hub cover?

    The Productivity Hub focuses on the Windows PC desktop versions of Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Content is designed for professionals working in a Windows PC environment using the desktop applications, rather than Mac or browser‑based (web) versions.

  • What are the subscription options?

    Access is offered on an annual per person basis. Your subscription will auto renew but your subscription can be cancelled once you log in via the Admin section. Cancelling your membership means you will have access until your next renewal date. If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, just let us know. It is important to note that if you unsubscribe and choose to subscribe again at a later stage, subscription will be at whatever the current pricing at the time you resubscribe.

  • How long do I get access for?

    Access is available 24/7 for as long as your subscription is current.

  • If I end my membership, do I get a refund?

    You will continue to have access to the Hub until your access period expires. ie end of the subscription year.

  • What happens if I cancel then want to rejoin?

    When you join you will only pay the subscription price at the time of joining, so if you cancel your subscription, then choose to rejoin, you will pay the current subscription rate at the time you rejoin.

  • Can I ask questions?

    Yes, as part of your membership of the Hub, you are able to email general questions to Donna for her to answer either directly or within a live Q&A session.

  • How often are resources updated?

    Donna regularly updates videos as new topics are added, software is updated or new questions are asked. Live Q&A session links are provided via email and are recorded and available to access whilst your subscription is current, which means you can revisit topics anytime.

  • Can I get access for my whole team?

    Yes you can. The best way to do this is to contact our office via email enquiries @ primesolutions.net.au
