Access is offered on a per person recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will auto renew but your subscription can be cancelled via once you log in via the Admin section. Cancelling your membership means you will have access until your next renewal date. It is important to note that if you unsubscribe and choose to subscribe again at a later stage, subscription will be at whatever the current pricing at the time you resubscribe.
Access is available 24/7 for as long as your subscription is current.
You will continue to have access to the Hub until your access period expires. ie end of the subscription month or year depending on subscription purchased.
When you join you will only pay the monthly subscription at the time of joining, so if you cancel your subscription, then choose to rejoin, you will pay the current subscription rate at the time you rejoin.
Yes, as part of your membership of the Hub, you are able to email general questions to Donna for her to answer either directly or within a live Q&A session.
Donna regularly updates videos as new topics are added, software is updated or new questions are asked. Live Q&A session links are provided via email and are recorded and available to access whilst your subscription is current, which means you can revisit topics anytime.
