  • What level is this course?

    The course is designed to cover a range of topics Microsoft Excel users who are either new to Excel, or have never had any formal training need in day to day business operations. It is designed to provide a foundational set of tools and skills everyday users need to work with Excel. If you have been using Excel for a long long time and are familiar with functions such as VLOOKUP, then this course is probably NOT for you.

  • Can I purchase this for more than one member of all my team?

    Absolutely, just email enquiries @ primesolutions.net.au with some details and we will reach out to you. For a small additional fee, we can also offer options such as monthly progress reports and/or topic discussion sheets for building skills in team meetings.

  • Can I complete the program all at once?

    Yes you can complete the program all at once. Although we encourage you to complete it over a few weeks to enable you to try out and embed what you learn.

  • Will I get access to all the course modules straight away?

    Yes, all course modules are available immediately for you to access. Any additional or updated videos and resources will be added from time to time and these will automatically be added to the course when you log in.

  • How much time should I allocate to doing the course?

    Research shows adults learn best in small chunks rather than big blocks. Ideally you should allocate 1-2 hours a week to go through a practical module, try things out and make them part of your Excel tool kit.

  • How long will it take to complete the course

    Because there are 5 practical steps in the Excel Fundamentals Framework, ideally you should aim to go through the program over a 5 week period. This allows time to watch the videos, make notes in the workbook, try topics out in the sample file and test them on copies of your own data.

  • Does the course cover formulas or functions?

    The course covers understanding how formulas work in Excel along with some entry level functions for day to day use as well as some remedial functions useful for analysing data lists.
